Pricing FAQ
There is a free plan — Free is free forever, no card required. Paid plans have no free trial: you pay when you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time.
On the Free plan limits are hard caps: once your envelope is used, the next action asks you to upgrade — no surprise charges. Paid plans include monthly envelopes for AI extractions, agent messages, outbound emails, and storage; past them, usage continues at the transparent per-unit rates shown on each plan card. The invoice volume each card states is a cap on every plan: past it, the next invoice asks you to upgrade. Each company beyond the one a plan includes costs the plan's own monthly price — at its annual rate on annual billing — with no upper limit, and for many companies we agree special terms. Employees beyond the included ones are an add-on at the price on the card, up to the plan's ceiling — past that, we'll prepare an individual offer.
Yes. Annual billing is available at a discount over paying monthly — you pay for the year up front, and the card shows the equivalent per-month price.
All prices are in euro (EUR). Bulgaria adopted the euro in 2026, so Bulgarian customers are billed in euro too. Prices exclude VAT.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from the billing section in the app.
