CATALOGUE, STOCK AND MOVEMENTS
Know what you have. And when to restock.
Manage your product catalogue and your stock on one platform. Purchases and sales update the quantities, and every movement can be traced.
- No retyping of articles
- Stock levels that are always current
- A signal at the minimum quantity
Everything you need. In one workflow.
A catalogue of goods and services
Category, unit and sale price, and for stocked articles an opening quantity and its value.
Stock tied to the deals
Goods are received on a purchase and issued on a sale.
Reorder on time
Set a minimum level for an article and get a signal when it is reached.
More than one warehouse
From the Business Pro plan: stock and movements per warehouse, and transfers between them with a protocol.
Write-offs with a reason
Shortage, damage, theft, expiry and more — Cove draws up a stock difference protocol.
Reports, import and export
Stock at a date and turnover over a period, exported to CSV, Excel or PDF, and bulk import and export of articles.
One deal. An updated warehouse.
You enter an article's details once and use them in purchases and sales. Cove follows the movements, the quantities and the cost of the goods, so you have a clear picture of your stock.
STOCKTAKE AND PROTOCOLS
The books and the shelf — reconciled
Every write-off is a document: a reason, a quantity and a value taken from the register of movements. The count sheet of a stocktake is a document too — the warehouse, the date, the committee and the person responsible.
Write-offs with a reason
You pick the reason — shortage, damage, theft, expiry and others — and Cove draws up a stock difference protocol.
The count sheet
Choose the warehouse and the date, enter what you counted and print the sheet for signing. From the Business Essential plan.
Differences book themselves
When you close the count, every difference is booked as a shortage or a surplus, with a protocol and a value.
The VAT correction in the same step
When a correction under Art. 79 of the VAT Act is due, the Art. 79(4) protocol is issued and goes into the sales journal.
